SAN JUAN DE TALAMANCA (R)
Description
The church of San Juan Bautista de Talamanca de Jarama shows in its exterior appearance all its constructive moments in which the different parts of the temple were erected. The most outstanding element of its Romanesque period is the head with its apse, a singular piece among those preserved in Madrid. The main body of the temple was demolished and raised in the Renaissance period.
