Description
San Andrés’s church in Collazos’s Revilla is a good sample of the simplicity and sobriety of the Romanesque palentino. Building of an alone nave, it suffered certain modifications towards the 17th century that they changed certain form his exterior aspect. In spite of it, his Romanesque style is indisputable. Nevertheless, the really prominent thing is the magnificent column – statue of a musician with vihuela, that does that it is worth visiting this temple, since it is a question of an exceptional piece that he is travelling constant to international programs of diffusion of the Romanesque Spanish art as one of the best elements that represent it.
