SANTA MARINA DE SEJAS (R)
Description
The church of Santa Marina de Sejas de Sanabria has a unique nave with a southern doorway and a belfry over the western gable. Unfortunately, of the original phase only the nave and fragments of the cornice are conserved today reused in the header. The late Romanesque temple underwent a profound reconstruction in the Gothic period that gave it its current appearance.
