SAN CRISTOBAL DE SALAMANCA (R)
Description
Church that belonged to the Order of the Holy Sepulchre. It is known that it existed from beginning of the 12th century, though the building that remains is of ends of this century. Constructed with chairs of sandstone gilded on an early medieval necropolis, it is a temple with plant of Latin cross, with a nave, cruise emphasized in gathering and plant, head-board of minor height, formed by apse of drum covered with vault of oven, and triumphal arch is a double round arch, with presbytery and two lateral chapels of testero plane.
