ERMITA DE LA MARE DE DEU DE LA PERTUSA (R)
Description
The hermitage of The Mare de Deu of the Pertusa was constructed in two phases, an initial of the second half of the 11th century and the later one of beginning of the XIIth. It is of the only nave with semicircular head-board orientated in the eastern part. In spite of his coarse invoice and simplicity, the temple stands out for his spectacular emplacement since it is situated in the high of a crag that dominates the reservoir of the river Walnut-tree Ribagorzana, just person in the limit between Catalonia and Aragon.
